The new Tanimura & Antle 100-unit employee-only residential housing complex officially opened as the “Spreckels Crossing” on July 16th during the ribbon cutting ceremony in Spreckels. C
rews worked efficiently to meet construction timelines and Tanimura & Antle employees moved in 10 months after permits were approved. Each apartment includes a living room with furniture, a kitchen, pots and pans, dinnerware, a television, two bedrooms with their own bathroom and up to four twin beds. We are excited for Tanimura & Antle employees to have a nice, safe and affordable place to live. We also look forward to the positive impact the new housing will have on the agricultural community of Monterey County.
